MyACUVUE^® Rewards

For qualifying purchase, patients sign in to MyACUVUE^®, complete online reward form and mail in their original, unaltered receipt. If approved, reward will be issued by email within 14 days.

MyACUVUE^® Express Rewards

For Preferred practices using Checkout and Shop, patients with qualifying orders get Express Rewards – no mailing required and approved rewards are issued within 5 days.
