Want to see your practice on the ACUVUE® Eye Doctor Map?

Follow these steps to have your practice be searchable to patients.


  1. Create a jnjvisionpro.com user profile

  2. Link your user profile to your practice business account

  3. Once linked, navigate to My Practice, select the Find a Doctor tab and click on "List by Practice". Note: if you do not see the Find a Doctor tab, you must ask your Practice Administrator to grant you permission to this feature. 

  4. Complete the information related to your practice. After completing the form, your practice will be visible to patients on the ACUVUE.com Find an Eye Doctor Map

  5. You can edit your practice information at any time by navigating back to this form.
