Create a jnjvisionpro.com user profile
Link your user profile to your practice business account
Once linked, navigate to My Practice, select the Find an eye care professional tab and click on "List my Practice". Note: if you do not see the Find an eye care professional tab, you must ask your Practice Administrator to grant you permission to this feature.
Complete the information related to your practice. After completing the form, your practice will be visible to patients on the ACUVUE.com Find an Eye Care Professional Map
You can edit your practice information at any time by navigating back to this form.
